Our butchers break the beef, lamb, pork and chicken carcases into all your favourite cuts right here in our shop.

We do not and will not ever purchase our meat from overseas! We will soon be listing the heritage of all of our products. In the mean time...if you have any concerns as to the origin of our products please ask our staff and they will be happy to answer any of your questions.
